About Us
Cairns HR Services is your expert advisory firm on all things Human Resources and Workplace Health and Safety. We help businesses grow whilst maintaining compliance with their HR and WHS obligations.
About the Principal
Mats Eriksson is an accomplished Human Resource and Work Health & Safety Professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Cairns region.
Mats is part HR and WHS maestro, part legal wordsmith, and full-time fixer of the messy, murky, and misunderstood corners of Australia’s Workplace Relations. Whether it’s drafting watertight contracts, safety procedures, handling terminations with surgical precision, or navigating the emotional landmines of performance management, Mats get the job done with clarity and conviction.
He blend professionalism with pragmatism, never afraid to tackle the hard stuff — and have a track record to prove that he’s someone people can rely on when the stakes are high, and the path is anything but smooth.
